The tears are overdramatic. Sell me a state of shock. Deaden your gaze and let me see the horrors that befell you through the look in your eyes. Struggle to walk but don't speak or whimper. The adrenaline's kicked in to numb the pain. Walk into the room as if you're spirit's been torn from your body.

[Yes, he does know quite a bit about breaking spirits.]

Her struggling walk is about 50% abuse victim, 50% zombie movie extra, but her expression is appropriately blank-but-not-blank, terrifying in its lacking.]
